PhaseEMi430for Lotus Emira I4 AMG!Performance Data EMi430: approx 430 hp / 500 NmStock performance (Emira i4): approx. 365 hp / 430 Nm (manufacturer specification) After extensive testing and a comprehensive development phase, we are excited to introduce the second power upgrade stage for the Emira I4!To give the AMG turbo engine a significant boost in both power (approx. +65 hp) and torque (approx. +70 Nm), we developed the EMi430 performance kit.By optimizing the intake (high-performance air filter), exhaust flow (KT downpipe with sports catalytic converter), and adjusting the ECU software mapping, we achieved a noticeable performance gain over the stock vehicle. Thanks to the new design and the removal of the OPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter), the sports cat significantly reduces back pressure and exhaust gas temperatures.This allows for increased performance without compromising engine durability. At the same time, we ensured that the torque output remains within the limits of the stock DCT transmission and created a well-rounded, reliable setup. Note: This power upgrade cannot be homologated due to the combination of sports cat and OPF removal, and does not come with TÜV approval.    EMi430 Power Stage includes:Stainless steel downpipe with optimized diameter incl. sports catalytic converter (OPF removed)KT-performance air filter (replacing OEM filter insert)Optimization of the factory ECU (ignition & fuel maps)PDyno run with performance sheet    IMPORTANT: This kit requires the use of at least Super Plus fuel (RON 98) or higher.
