In the Phase "Sport EX435" we optimize the software file only. This results in a better performance (about + 20 hp) and an increase in torque. Power Upgrade Sport EX4-475 +60HP/+80NM for Exige "Tüv"
Performance phase "Sport EX475"Performance data "Sport EX475": approx. 475 hp / 490 Nm (manual shifter)Performance data "Sport 410" Series: approx. 416 hp / 410 Nm (factory data Lotus Cars) The Exige Sport 410 has been delivered with 416 hp as factory spec. In order to give the vehicle the perfect dynamics, we have developed the "Sport EX475" performance phase. Through the use of special stainless steel manifolds (developed by Komo-Tec) with optimized tube lengths and diameters, a HJS-200-cpsi sports catalyst integrated in the y-pipe, as well as our KT500 Carbon-Airbox with increased throughput and optimized software-upgrade, we were able to increase the maximum output by about 60 hp. Performance Package “Track EX490” - Performance Data “Track EX490”: approx. 490 hp / 490 Nm (manual transmission)- Stock Performance “Sport 410”: approx. 416 hp / 410 Nm (factory specification)The Exige Sport 410 comes factory-equipped with 416 hp (according to Lotus specifications). To give the vehicle the dynamic character it deserves, we developed the “Track EX490” performance package. By using specially developed stainless steel equal-length headers with optimized pipe lengths, a HJS 200-cell sports catalytic converter integrated into the downpipe, and our KT500 airbox with increased airflow, we were able to boost the maximum output by approximately 75 hp. The engine becomes significantly more rev-happy, and the added torque is noticeably stronger. This power increase is made possible through our latest v2 calibration, created using our new KT RTM calibration tool. This advanced tuning solution allows for even more precise control of ignition timing, fuel injection, and camshaft phase adjustment—resulting in sharper throttle response, improved driveability, and optimal performance. Product information "Phase EX4-530 power up to +142 hp/+130 Nm Exige S V6-Range" Performance phase EX4-530Performance data EX4-530: approx. 532 hp / 570 NmPerformance data standard: approx. 390-436 hp / 420-440 Nm (factory specifications vary depending on model)   Finally, we can offer our new 500+ power levels. In order to develop a perfect solution, it took the necessary time and a test phase of 2 years to finally be able to conclude with the use of our new Emu Pro16 control unit. The aim was not simply to call up ever higher performance data, but to completely redefine the concept in terms of stability and reliability and to complete it in peace, including the necessary test phase. Contrary to the widely used method of simply generating additional power through increased boost pressure, Komo-Tec focuses on an increase in performance by optimizing the conditions of the overall system while minimizing mechanical and thermal stress. After extensive calculations, CFD flow simulations, various prototypes and numerous hours on the dynamometer, we were now able to produce a steadfast 530+ hp. After lengthy testing, we decided to continue using the Lotus factory-installed Edelbrock 1740 supercharger on the Exige 4xx models and optimize it to make it viable for the targeted performance. In order to ensure stability in the 500+ hp class, pistons, connecting rods and other relevant engine components are exchanged for those tested in racing. The biggest difference to our previous EX kits is the change to the new, technically substantially advanced, freely programmable control unit "Emu Pro16". All standard functions of the vehicle can be retained and taken over (ABS/ESP, TC, Cruise Control...). The OBD functions are also fully functional. The use of two broadband lambda sensors guarantees perfect mixture preparation. After intensive development on the ECU and the associated coordination work, we can say that the suitability for everyday use is now on an absolute OEM level. This ECU has also been successfully used in the Lotus Cup Europe and the experience we have gained there with our racing cars has also found its way into the further development of our conversions.   The EX4-530  phase is thus the first generation of a total of 3 power levels, which will reach up to 590hp in the future.
