Plug&Play Display System for all Elise/Exige/211/Speedster models from 1996 onwards
To offer a cost-effective solution for owners of older Elise and Exige models, we have developed our new display system, which utilizes an Ecumaster ADU5 Display (5"). With our mounting kit, it provides a simple plug-and-play solution. Only the original display needs to be removed and replaced with the new ADU5 using suitable adapter plugs and installation kit. The display boasts brilliant resolution, good readability, and complete configurability with multiple display pages that can be freely customized. Upon delivery, a basic configuration for Elise and Exige is preloaded. In its basic version, the display can show everything sent over the factory Lotus Can Bus data:including RPMwater temperaturespeedall warning lightsfuel gaugeboost pressureAdditional features without expansion include:programmable shift lights data recording via USB stickAdditional sensors such as oil pressure and oil temperature can be integrated by installing the corresponding sensor. The Komotec Diagnostic Device is a affordable tool to allow fault code read and clear for the majority of Elise, Exige and Evora from 2006-2022 and covers Engine (EOBD and spanner fault codes), ABS, Automatic transmission, Airbag and TPMS (more are being added as we continue to test). ECUmaster EMU Black ECU for all Elise and Exige
Komo-Tec offers you the optimal upgrade for your Lotus: individual adjustment, more power, more torque and a significantly better response behavior with maximum suitability for everyday use. The ECU is of high specification, feature rich, and fully programmable. On our in-house dynamometer the EMU Black ECU from ECUmaster is a class-leading, stand-alone engine management system that is used for the Operating the most advanced and complex engines on the market.
Depending on the model and specification, the EMU Black controls the fuel supply, the ignition angle and all other auxiliary systems (electronic throttle valve, variable valve and stroke control, as well as traction and DPM stability control programs). The broadband lambda control and a MAP sensor offer maximum flexibility at lower costs, so that no external or additional control systems for signal conditioning and associated wiring are required.
For the Toyota 2ZZ and 2ZR engines * (with electronic throttle valve) there is a "plug-and-play" solution with no additional wiring harness is required. The control unit can communicate via CANBUS with all external CAN protocol devices including ABS and display systems.
The solid construction meets IP65 housing standards, so that the ECU can also be used in the Lotus and under difficult operating conditions can be used. The integrated data logging offers extensive diagnostic and optimization functions. The extensive and functional software allows complete control of the control unit and allows a variety of functions to be configured for the engine. With the skills and experience of Komo-Tec, we can therefore provide you with an individual setup on our test bench, taking into account adjust and adjust various components.

The Tillet B6 Screamer is a sport seat that perfectly matchs into the Lotus Interior! It has strong full rear frame and is available in GRP or Carbon front skin. Also it is available in a standard size and XL version designed for drivers upper 100kg weight. The seat comes with just a headrest or with black Suedetex trim.The seat weight is approx. 6,1 kg in GRP / 5,8 kg in Carbon form (+1 kg trim). Weight for shipping is volume weight. Already it is not possible to have fixed shipping costs. After your order we send you an indication about separate shipping quote to your destination (or ask before order via mail with your full contact details for calculation). The seats come without brackets, which are separately available to order (No. 2110-003-Runner).The B6 Screamer has side mounts and uses the brackets (EB-F2, +0,7 kg) to floor fit directly into the Elise/Exige/VX220 captive floor fixings. Uprated alloy water radiator
with upgraded cooling capacity. The high-efficiency core measures a height of 45mm and bears extensively more volume compared to the OEM part with 35mm. The side boxes are made of alloy. Those of the OEM radiators are made of plastic and therefore well-known for bursting without premonition. Extensive repair costs are the result.The installation of this radiator requires some slight modifications.This version is recommended for increased power-rated (especially super- and turbo-charged) cars!

Moroso alloy baffled oil pan Elise / Exige 2ZZ
The alloy oil pan for the 1.8l-4Zyl.-2ZZ-GE Toyota Powertrain has a special valve design to prevent oil spill especially in long curves and at high cornering speeds. In addition, this oil pan has an enlarged volume by approximately 1 liter, which also ensures better stability of the oil pressure!
Short ratio / final drive for Lotus Elise Mk2 and Exige Mk2
2ZZ-Powertrain with C64-Gearbox
In order to improve the originally fairly long ratio of the final drive of the Elise 111R/Exige MK 2 and therefore achieve a more dynamic performance, we have developed a new final drive with a ratio of 5,0:1 (Original 4.63:1). The gear ratio is shortened and the agility of the car is improved considerably. Due to the slightly higher tooth clearance it is possible that the gear box is marginally noisier than the original. In order to get these fact better we redeveloped the parts on higher quality standard and get a really nice and well-working result!
The gear box has to be dismantelled and opened. A gear diagram is attached for illustrative purposes.
