The race gear box for your Elise / Exige or 2-Eleven ! Worn out synchronizer hubs, -rings or -clutches as well as broken gear wheels will be a thing of the past if using this transmission ! The gear is designed for a load up to 450 hp and 400 NM torque ! Boundaries are rather set by the weak basis of the original box. This limited slip differential was developed for the Toyota transmission, and works perfect in combination with "salesbury" friction discs as well as with "Torsen"-worm wheels. The "Torsen"-differentials are more suitable for "street-using" due to their lower valve effect (approx. 25 %). The "salesbury-version" perfectly fits to the application range of trackdays and motosports. In this case the valve effect is by approx. 55 %.The price includes the bearing.

Short ratio / final drive for Lotus Elise Mk2 and Exige Mk2 2ZZ-Powertrain with C64-Gearbox In order to improve the originally fairly long ratio of the final drive of the Elise 111R/Exige MK 2 and therefore achieve a more dynamic performance, we have developed a new final drive with a ratio of 5,0:1 (Original 4.63:1). The gear ratio is shortened and the agility of the car is improved considerably. Due to the slightly higher tooth clearance it is possible that the gear box is marginally noisier than the original. In order to get these fact better we redeveloped the parts on higher quality standard and get a really nice and well-working result!  The gear box has to be dismantelled and opened. A gear diagram is attached for illustrative purposes.

Drexler Mechanical Limited Slip Differential for Lotus Elise / Exige Mk2 with Toyota 2ZZ-Engine / C64-Transmission (Modelyear 2004-2011, manual) Developed directly on track, the Drexler Mechanical Limited Slip Differential guarantees for a lot of driving fun and stands for a good workmanship! A limited-slip differential provides you with optimized traction, sportier drive and improved braking performance of your Lotus. The Quaife Differential automatically biases the torque across the axle to the wheel with the most grip. Unwanted wheelspin and slip are greatly reduced, resulting in less understeer on front or four wheel drive machines and reduced oversteer on rear wheel drive vehicles. This is a performance benefit and increases the power output onto the asphalt. In contrast to a Torsen-Differential the Quaife uses its own principle with helical gears.
