Rover K series cylinder head stage 1. CNC-ported K series cylinder head, standard valve sizes. Ported inlet and exhaust, modified valve seats, all done by CNC machining, this offers a perfect high quality porting. The development head was machined and tested on flow bench, before we start the production of the heads. We offer 2 different versions, the "standard" cylinder head machining, and the cylinder head machining inkluding new valves. The cylinder head is a replacement part, so we´ll need back your old part. If you not agree with this, we´ll have to rise a charge of 300,- Euro.
The compression ratio is reduced to 8,5:1. The piston bolt is 1mm thicker than standard. The con rod has to be machined. The set of four will be delivered with rings and bolts.

Special manufactured con rod bearings in Vandervell lead indium material. For HD use. Available in standard size or 0,25mm oversize. The bearings get shipped per set.
