To boost the performance and torque of the Elise SC factory supercharger, we have developed a tuning phase called Elise SC240. It is based on the Elise SC 220PS model. We enhance this with our Komo-Tec stainless steel exhaust manifold, sports catalytic converter, TRD airbox, and software adjustments. The exhaust manifold features significantly larger pipe diameters and tuned primary pipe lengths, resulting in a noticeable improvement in torque and power. The sports catalytic converter is E-approved and thus eligible for TUV certification. Due to its design, the sports catalytic converter reduces backpressure and consequently lowers exhaust temperatures, allowing for higher performance without compromising engine durability. The optimization of the engine control unit involves adjustments to ignition timing, injection timing, and camshaft timing.A notable increase of power to approx. 240-250hp is the result of These modifications.
