Uprated alloy water radiator
with upgraded cooling capacity. The high-efficiency core measures a height of 45mm and bears extensively more volume compared to the OEM part with 35mm. The side boxes are made of alloy. Those of the OEM radiators are made of plastic and therefore well-known for bursting without premonition. Extensive repair costs are the result. The installation of this radiator requires some slight modifications. This version is recommended for increased power-rated (especially super- and turbo-charged) cars!
Does fit to Exige S V6 up to MY2015, but doesn't fit to Exige Sport 350 cars!
Moroso alloy baffled oil pan Elise / Exige 2ZZ
The alloy oil pan for the 1.8l-4Zyl.-2ZZ-GE Toyota Powertrain has a special valve design to prevent oil spill especially in long curves and at high cornering speeds. In addition, this oil pan has an enlarged volume by approximately 1 liter, which also ensures better stability of the oil pressure!
These are the oil coolers which are installed on the Toyota powered Elise, Exige and 2-Eleven.Because of their location, these coolers are pretty vulnerable to damage and have to be replacedquite often when a car is crash damaged. This product is 100 % compatible with the original Lotus part.
We are now seeing more and more of the original Lotus coolant expansion tanks which are becoming brittle and eventually simply fall apart.Unfortunately, the OE expansion tank turns out to be quite an expensive part compared to for instance the Rover part.We have found a solution for this.. the Moroso full Aluminium Coolant Expansion Tank which we sell including the cap! This solution will help you getting rid of the faulty original design tank and it’ll work fine for many more years..
Every pressurized system needs a protection mechanism to prevent it from building up too much pressure. If the system builds up too much pressure (or the cap gets stuck) something has to go.The weakest part will be the plastic side caps at the radiator, so they will blow. You can’t really blame that on the design of the radiator if you’re not sure about the pressure in the system. Our rule of thumb lifespan for a Coolant Reservoir Pressure Cap is two years. From there, it will either start to get loose (boiling, temperature going up manically) or it’ll get stuck (radiator or pipes blowing up).Think about it, this cap is easy to replace, it’s cheap compared to the original part. It simply is disaster prevention!
This cap is suitable for all Elises, Exiges and Evoras with a Toyota drivetrain.
