Moroso alloy baffled oil pan Elise / Exige 2ZZ
The alloy oil pan for the 1.8l-4Zyl.-2ZZ-GE Toyota Powertrain has a special valve design to prevent oil spill especially in long curves and at high cornering speeds. In addition, this oil pan has an enlarged volume by approximately 1 liter, which also ensures better stability of the oil pressure!

When looking at the standard configuration, oil vapours/rests from the crankcase ventilation are led into the intake manifold to be burned accordingly. This creates an oil film in the intake manifold and can then lead to misfires and a loss of performance, among other things. The efficiency of charge air coolers and the durability of the engine can also be reduced.
By using the Moroso oil separator, this oil vapor can be trapped from the inlet-manifold-system and the amount of oil is collected in the two tanks and no longer gets into the intake tract and the combustion chamber. This reduces the risk of depositions and the resulting disadvantages mentioned above.The Moroso catch tank system is supplied with all necessary fitments for the 2ZZ engine.The tanks are made of black anodized aluminum and can be unscrewed for emptying.

This valve spring set offers a harder spring rate than the standard springs without causing unnecessary friction or wear. This reduces the risk of damaging the valve-key due to vibrations. These springs are ideally suited for sporty road or track use and enable higher revs or the use of other camshafts to be driven. Nevertheless, we recommend that you continue to use the standard camshafts to avoid damage to the valve train at permanently high revs. Manufactured to the highest standards, these springs are a direct replacement for your stock valve springs with no modifications necessary.
