The race gear box for your Elise / Exige or 2-Eleven !
Worn out synchronizer hubs, -rings or -clutches as well as broken gear wheels will be a thing of the past if using this transmission ! The gear is designed for a load up to 450 hp and 400 NM torque ! Boundaries are rather set by the weak basis of the original box.

We recommend this race gear box only for "race or heavy trackday use".Since this transmission will be switched very fast, it is rather unsuited for "street use".Furthermore the shift-related noise is higher in comparison to the standard one.
The price only includes the "dog box kit", without assembly !

Quite often the Cobra keyfob housing itself cracks or the rubber fob breaks.It’s quite annoying if you have to buy a complete new keyfob (including all electronics) while it’s only a bit of plastic being broken.This is the better solution.. just the Cobra Keyfob housing including the rubber fob. If the rotors are worn (no slots left or cracks through the outer diameter) you have to replace it.Here in the article you can get all the available options of replacement rotors. We deliver a set for one axle (1x LH and 1x RH rotor incl. the fitting kit / bobbins. Normally you can continue with the alloy-pot that exists.
Hints:Please take car of the driving in periode to be sure that everything is running well and to avoid faiding!

This fuel pump is a direct replacement for the original part. Although the performance is improved compared to the OE part, we would recommend not to use these units for engine which deliver more then 260bhp.Although the unit looks similar, it is a modern unit and is far superior in design, the unit utilises a educter pump to transfer fuel from the tank to the reservoir can, unlike the old unit that used one section of the pump itself for this task. The pump itself is the latest version turbine type which is more efficient than the original centrifugal pump.
A big advantage of this design is the time needed to refill the canister, this is approx. 5 seconds, which is much faster than the old eductor designs.
The unit is plug and play and comes including a new fuel pump seal.The filter has now been integrated inside the pump housing, this makes it easier to install the unit and it prevents any mishaps to happen. (the filter will not pop off while installing the unit) The sensor used to measure the fuel level in the tank is a new type substrate type sensor rather than the old style wound wire sensor. Big advantage of this type of sensor is.. it doesn’t wear. The original wirewound type sensor can wear out over a longer stretch of time where this new type can’t.
The float arm is designed in such a way that it will fit OE, but also Pro Alloy Fuel tanks. The pump draws less current than the original design and ..it’s quiet! This is not an ill fitting cartridge pump replacement but a complete new unit including a base filter, level sensor, seal etc.
In other words… this is a real plug and play replacement!

Drexler Mechanical Limited Slip Differential
for Lotus Elise / Exige Mk1/2 with Rover 18K4-Engine / PG1-Transmission (Modelyear 1995-2004, manual)
Developed directly on track, the Drexler Mechanical Limited Slip Differential guarantees for a lot of driving fun and stands for a good workmanship! This Differential has been developed to optimize the requirements of the Lotus-Concept in terms of power-to-weight ratio, torque and driving dynamics. With the standard setting the lock is optimally applicable for track days, but still fine for road use.
The target is to achieve maximum agility and driving performance. The Mechanical Drexler Differential uses friction plates to generate the locking effect, thus ensuring effective operation of the Differential during acceleration, as well as an optimized braking effect. Precise handling is ensured by reducing the slip on the inside wheel and preventing "spinning" through the optimized force distribution on both wheels. Normally a friction-plates Differential works more efficiently than conventional parts using the Torsen principle or a Quaife.

Komo-Tec offers you the optimal upgrade for your Lotus: individual adjustment, more power, more torque and a significantly better response behavior with maximum suitability for everyday use. The ECU is of high specification, feature rich, and fully programmable. On our in-house dynamometer the EMU Black ECU from ECUmaster is a class-leading, stand-alone engine management system that is used for the Operating the most advanced and complex engines on the market.
Depending on the model and specification, the EMU Black controls the fuel supply, the ignition angle and all other auxiliary systems (electronic throttle valve, variable valve and stroke control, as well as traction and DPM stability control programs). The broadband lambda control and a MAP sensor offer maximum flexibility at lower costs, so that no external or additional control systems for signal conditioning and associated wiring are required.
For the Toyota 2ZZ and 2ZR engines * (with electronic throttle valve) there is a "plug-and-play" solution with no additional wiring harness is required. The control unit can communicate via CANBUS with all external CAN protocol devices including ABS and display systems.
The solid construction meets IP65 housing standards, so that the ECU can also be used in the Lotus and under difficult operating conditions can be used. Uprated alloy water radiator
with upgraded cooling capacity. The high-efficiency core measures a height of 45mm and bears extensively more volume compared to the OEM part with 35mm. The side boxes are made of alloy. Those of the OEM radiators are made of plastic and therefore well-known for bursting without premonition. Extensive repair costs are the result.The installation of this radiator requires some slight modifications.This version is recommended for increased power-rated (especially super- and turbo-charged) cars!

Nitron Clubsport Suspension Kit
for Lotus 340R / Europa S/SE / VX220
The ClubSport Range is based on the already well-proven 40mm-NTR-Dampers, 1-way adjustable. It is aimed specifically at track and race drivers who want ultimate performance and flexibility. Uniquely, the Clubsport has an extremely wide range of adjustment for both bump and rebound damping with the preset ratio optimized for track use. The pressurized mono-tube NTR damper system ensures a very high degree of consistency and durability under prolonged and endurance use. A dual spring system is employed with track fused main spring rates and helper springs fitted to ensure a high degree of ride height adjustment (lowering about 10-30mm) and excellent traction.

Original Lotus „Fast Road brake-kit“fits for Elise and Exige with 4Zyl.-Toyota-Powertrain (for Rover-Powertrain depents on matching wheel-sizes).
The kit harmonises perfectly with the sporty character of the Elise and has already been used successfully in series production by Lotus in some special models or in the Exige S with performance package. By using the larger brake discs and calipers, the brakes can be better dosed, the braking effect is improved and the temperature remains in a more stable range.
The kit consists of two one-piece perforated brake discs (308 mm diameter), as well as a pair of AP-Racing 4-piston calipers incl. screws, matching brake pads front and rear and braided-steel brake-pipes!
