Lotus has been using an Edelbrock-Compressor with integrated charge-air-cooler in the Exige 410/430 since mid-2018. We have been able to adapt this kit to the Exige Sport 350 and Sport 380 with appropriate adjustments. The water-to-air intercooler makes it possible to lower the temperature of the intake air and thus significantly increase the efficiency. This allows a more uniform combustion and less tendency to knock and in conjunction with the increased Charger for a massive performance-increase even at higher outside temperatures and / or "harder" driving. The concept of intercooling is already known from our proven EX460 systems and is also used here. Including ECUmaster EMU Pro16 ECU mit KT Plug&Play Adapter!
Main advantages:
- Reduction of the intake air temperature (cooled / uncooled) by approx. 35° C
- minimum extra weight incl. heat exchanger (without water)
- significantly more torque (+115 Nm) and power (+140 hp) than the standard spec
- “factory-spec-optics” by the official Lotus-Style 410/430

The registration for vehicles with emissions standard 36W0 is in progress (and in preparation for 6d-Temp models, but final appointment unknown yet!).
For Evora S: The engine cover is no longer usable after the conversion! For a tuning of natural aspirated Evora with 280PS please calculate additional costs for a mandatory clutch upgrade and possibly (depending on the spec) an engine oil cooler!
