Komo-Tec offers you the optimal upgrade for your performance-enhanced Lotus Exige V6/Evora: individual tuning, more power, more torque and a significantly better response behavior with maximum suitability for everyday use.

The new engine control unit from ECUmaster, the EMU Pro16 ECU, has specifications at the absolute top level and clearly surpasses the functions of the proven ECU "EMU Black". Many features and fully programmable, the new ECU is a class-leading, standalone engine management system designed to operate the most advanced and complex engines on the market.

The EMU Pro16 ECU controls the fuel supply, the ignition angle, all engine-related parameters and also all other auxiliary systems such as the electronic throttle valve, the variable camshaft adjustment, variable fuel and water pump of the Exige 410/430 models, the Lotus-specific air conditioning control, as well as traction and DPM stability control programs, communication with the ABS/ESP system of the Lotus models is fully retained (an individual firmware version from Komo-Tec enables this function) and full OBD functionality is guaranteed. So all the functions of your Lotus are preserved.
In contrast to the previously used Emu Black, the EMU Pro16 can control all 4 camshafts and works with two broadband lambda sensors. This guarantees a perfect mixture preparation and allows a clear optimization of the tuning as well as the reduction of the combustion temperatures and thus the knocking tendency through the control of the exhaust camshafts.
For use with Lotus Exige V6 and Evora models, an adapter to the standard wiring harness is required, which we supply.
The control unit can communicate with two CANBUS as well as with all external CAN protocol devices including ABS and display systems and thus enables the perfect integration of external systems. The solid construction meets IP65 housing standards, so that the ECU can also be used in the Lotus and under difficult operating conditions.

The integrated data logging offers extensive diagnostic and optimization functions. The comprehensive and feature-rich software allows full control of the ECU and configuration of a variety of engine functions. With the skills and experience of Komo-Tec, we can therefore programm you an individual setup on our dyno and adjust various components. Functions such as "double-declutching" can also be programmed during the shifting process (manual transmission).
The use of a "paddleshift" system in connection with sequential transmission is possible as a stand-alone system, the use of a GCU (gearbox control unit) is therefore no longer necessary.
This ECU has also been successfully introduced in the Lotus Cup Europe and has been mandatory in endurance tests since 2022 and as a basic device for all Exige Cups since 2023. The experience that we were able to collect during the development of our racing vehicles was a milestone for the further developments of our road and track conversions, such as our EX500+ kits.

ATTENTION: Kit requires the use of at least (or higher quality) fuel Super Plus (ROZ98).
