KT-7 Speed Sequential Manual Transmission (7-speed)
Lotus uses either a manual 6-speed manual transmission, or a torque converter automation in the IPS-Spec of the Lotus Exige.
In the case of ambitious driving, a major disadvantage of a classic gearbox is the shifting process per se, the needed shift-time, including missing torque and in addition, the resulting possibility of faulty operation.
The torque converter has the disadvantage of less efficiency and thus friction losses, slow shifting times and it is very heavy-weight.
The Komo-Tec 7-speed sequential gearbox is what will separate your Lotus from the rest of the pack! The gearbox was developed following a strong demand from Lotus-drivers needing to gain the additional performance that factory part cannot deliver. The non-synchronized, straight gearing is for a gearbox of this design surprisingly low noise while normal driving.

The transmission is specially designed for the Lotus Exige V6 and Evora and therefore has the advantage that the original driveshafts, couplings and brackets can be adopted without any modifications (on the engine side). The installation is therefore faster and cheaper
than with other sequential gearboxes that has been developed as universal transmissions. Universal oil coolers and / or an oil temperature sensor can also be added as an option (surcharge).
Unique to this type of transmission is an externally adjustable differential nut. The maximum adjustment is 13kg and it is possible to customize the ramp angle of the differential lock to customer requirements. The standard ramp angles are 53/0 and 40/0.
Depending on customer requirements, we can provide a very short close ratio gearbox for you or you are chasing the 300 km/h. So there is an option for everyone that is right.

Motorsportpart - Track use only - NO street use StVO/StVZO!
Now our Ko-Bra 4-4 braking system is available for the Lotus Evora, too. We use a 362mm (350mm Series) Brake disc on the front and a 343mm (Series 330mm) brake disc on the rear axle of the quality manufacturer PFC (Performance Friction Brakes) with a screwed alloy-pod. The pods are manufactured out of F52 aluminum. By using the two-part brake disc, and a larger rotor diameter, thus lower fading tendency. This all is figured without increasing the brake disc weight. The weight of the front disc is 8.3kg. (Series 9.4) at the rear discs are there 8.1kg (series). The original caliper is still used and distances with an adapter. The delivery incl. PFC brake pads front and rear.

Öhlins TTX Sportssuspension for Evora Range
Öhlins top technology, which has been tested and successed for many years, is now also available for your Evora. The original suspension of the Evora certainly offers extremely attractive driving values from factory side, but there is still significant potential in comfort, responsiveness and useability for the racetrack.
The TTX-Suspension-Set (twin-tube technology) ensures maximum performance, reliability and durability. Due to the high usage of aluminum components and the integration of all functions in one damper unit, the weight of the overall chassis was also kept very low, like the philosophy of Lotus.
The rebound and compression damping, the chassis height and the spring preload can be adjusted separately. The TTX chassis offers you a great wide of options to adjust the Evora according to your individual needs. This provides the driver an optimal balance of comfort, use on roads and the race track. Visually, it is about 15mm lower.
Originally, the TTX-Suspension at Lotus costs around € 12,000! You can get the Suspension from us directly from the manufacturer Öhlins and with a somewhat tighter set-up as offered by Lotus at the factory spec. This prevents the well-known indifferent behavior at high speeds and the tendency to roll of the Evora GT430 and ensures the necessary agility of your Lotus Evora.
The suspension kit consists of 2x front and 2x rear damper-/spring units and is supplied with all necessary installation parts.

The oil cooler must be replaced after engine damage; any liability for consequential damage due to the oil system not being cleaned expires. The engine must be run in according to the running-in regulations.
