To provide the new Elise S with a bit more performance, we have developed this performance phase. The new 1.8 S (2ZR engine) differs from the previous 1.8 SC (2ZZ engine) by featuring a completely new engine generation and a compressor that is now equipped with a water-cooled charge air cooler (previously completely without CAC). With the current 1.8 S, the deficiency lies more in the exhaust system. The original exhaust manifold is very small, and the pipe lengths are not optimal. Therefore, we use a 4:1 stainless steel exhaust manifold with optimized pipe lengths and a 200-cell HJS sports catalytic converter. The result is a nice sporty sound without being obtrusive. To optimize the intake, we use a TRD airbox. Compared to Phase ZR250, there is also a change in the compressor ratio. The required software tuning changes ignition timing, injection time, and camshaft phase, achieving a homogeneous tuning with approximately 263 hp peak power and about 275 Nm of torque. Especially in the middle rev range, the additional torque is noticeably felt.

Also included in the price are the installation and a dyno run with performance protocol.
