ProAlloy 48/54l- alloy tank for your Lotus
The original part from the factory just allows you to fill up about 38l- volume, we offer you our ProAlloy-aluminum tank as an option to enlarge the reach!
It is very important for the engine to get fuel available always! So the tank is filled with a Typ4 FIA safety foam, and constructively with partitions reduce surging especially when cornering. While Lotus producing a tank made of steel, ProAlloy used alloy for it. Already to reduce weight, reduce rust and to prevent further contamination of the fuel and minimize the clogging of the filter.
The fitting is very easy, because we use the original points. Also the standard pump of your Lotus can be used.
The tank will be delivered with a mounting for the fuel pump at the original mounting points.
Note: There is a possibility that the whole fuel cannot be drawn! The run down amount of fuel can therefore differ from the tank volume of the component.
