KOMO-TEC sport exhaust system "New Style" for ZZ and ZR models
The KOMO-TEC sport exhaust system "New Style" was specifically developed for the four-cylinder Lotus Elise and Exige models with Toyota ZZ or ZR engine. It combines a beautiful, sonorous sports sound with a pleasantly tuned noise level – present, but not overly loud.
The high-quality stainless steel absorption muffler offers low exhaust back pressure and thus supports optimal power delivery. The design has been tested up to an engine output of 310 HP and is therefore also suitable for powerful supercharged models and performance-enhanced vehicles.
Compared to the predecessor model, the muffler has been enlarged and the pipe routing optimized for use in ZZ and ZR models. As a result, the sound profile is somewhat more restrained without losing its sporty and robust character.
The two 70 mm tailpipes are equipped with absorption inserts and can be adjusted in height for optimal alignment. The high-quality workmanship and precise fit allow for a clean installation on the vehicle.
