Writing a story with personality for potential customers helps to establish a relational connection. This is reflected in small quirks like word choice or phrases. Write from your perspective, not from someone else's experience.
Great stories are for everyone, even if they are only written for one person. If you try to write with a broad, general audience in mind, your story will sound inauthentic and will lack emotion. No one will be interested. Write for one person. If it is authentic for that one person, it is also authentic for the rest.
