KOMO-TEC sport air filter for Lotus Emira V6
The KOMO-TEC sport air filter has been specifically developed for the Lotus Emira V6 and manufactured exclusively for us. It is a custom-made product that is only available in this version at KOMO-TEC.
The filter directly replaces the stock air filter and can be installed without modifications to the original air filter housing. The modern filter technology combines high filtration efficiency with maximum airflow, thereby supporting a reliable air supply for the V6 supercharged engine.
Dry filter without oiling
Unlike many conventional sport air filters, the KOMO-TEC filter does not need to be oiled after cleaning. This eliminates the risk of excess filter oil entering the intake tract and contaminating the sensitive mass air flow sensor.
Especially in Lotus V6 models, oiled air filters or an excessive amount of oil can lead to incorrect readings and malfunctions of the mass air flow sensor. The dry-working filter material significantly reduces this risk.
Permanently reusable
With proper cleaning and maintenance, the sport air filter can be permanently reused. Regular replacement like with the stock paper filter is not necessary, as long as the filter element is undamaged and properly maintained.

Care instructions
The sport air filter must be cleaned regularly according to the care guidelines and completely dried before reinstallation. The filter element should be checked for damage and excessive wear during each maintenance.
A damaged or improperly cleaned filter must not be reused.
