KOMO-TEC diagnostic tool for Lotus Elise, Exige, Evora and Emira V6
The KOMO-TEC diagnostic tool is a compact and affordable solution for reading and clearing error codes for numerous Lotus Elise, Exige, and Evora models from 2006 to 2022 – now also available for the Lotus Emira V6.
In addition to the engine control unit, the device also supports – depending on model and year – ABS/ESP, Airbag, Automatic transmission, and Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). This provides an exceptionally extensive range of functions that is not available with many other aftermarket diagnostic devices and otherwise often requires the original Lotus diagnostic system.
Easy operation via smartphone
The diagnostic tool is directly connected to the vehicle's OBD port. The smartphone then establishes a connection to the device via Wi-Fi. After that, the supported control units can be selected, and stored error codes can be read and cleared.
The diagnostic tool is updateable through encrypted downloads. Updates can be downloaded via the mobile data connection of the smartphone using 4G or 5G. The product is continuously being developed to support additional control units and functions in the future.

Clearing a fault code does not automatically fix its cause. Especially for safety-related systems such as airbag, ABS, and ESP, the underlying fault should be properly diagnosed and resolved before clearing.
