The upgrade shift forks have been developed for all Lotus V6 models with manual EA60 transmission. They eliminate a known weakness of the standard version, where the plastic caps on the shift forks can detach, especially under high load and during track day use.
As part of the optimization, the shift forks are revised and the relevant contact surfaces are specifically reinforced. This counteracts premature wear and reduces the load on the transmission components.
The improved guidance relieves the gears and supports softer, more precise shifting processes. At the same time, the durability of the transmission is improved during sporty use and under high load.
