Extra lightweight steel flywheel for Toyota 2ZZ
The extra lightweight steel flywheel was developed for Toyota 2ZZ engines and replaces the stock flywheel. With a weight of only 4.14 kg it reduces the rotating mass of the drivetrain, allowing for more spontaneous revving up and down of the engine.
The result is a more direct response and a sportier engine characteristic. This makes the flywheel particularly suitable for performance-oriented street vehicles as well as for track day and motorsport use.
Reduced rotating mass
Due to the lower weight, the flywheel has a lower moment of inertia than the stock component. The engine can respond to changes in RPM more quickly.

Clutch, release bearing, fastening materials, and other mounting parts are not included in the scope of delivery unless explicitly listed separately.
Important installation note
The installation involves a central component of the drivetrain and may only be carried out by a qualified specialist.
Before installation, the crankshaft flange, clutch, pressure plate, release system, and all fastening elements must be checked for condition and compatibility. The installation and tightening of the fastening elements must be carried out according to the specified torque values and manufacturer specifications.
Due to the reduced flywheel mass, the starting behavior may change. Depending on the vehicle, clutch, and transmission, mechanical noises may also be more noticeable.
