Wheel flange for Lotus Elise Mk1
This wheel flange is intended for the Lotus Elise Mk1. Four wheel flanges are required per vehicle. There are two versions: with collar and without collar.
When replacing the wheel flanges, the corresponding wheel bearings must also be replaced. Suitable wheel bearings: item number 1004-005.
Versions
Without collar: Can be used with any brake disc for the Lotus Elise Mk1.
With collar: In this version, it must be checked that the used brake disc is clean and fully seated on the wheel flange.

Important assembly note
The replacement of the wheel flange involves a safety-relevant component and must be carried out by a qualified specialist.
With each change of the wheel flange, the associated wheel bearing must be renewed. Before assembly, the bearing seat, fastening points, and adjacent chassis and brake components must be checked for wear or damage. The installation must be carried out according to the manufacturer's specifications.
In the version with a collar, it must be specifically checked that the brake disc is clean and fully seated on the contact surface.
After assembly, clearance, wheel bearing play, and the proper fit of all components must be checked.
