Reinforced racing shift cables
The reinforced shift cables have been specifically designed for demanding motorsport and track use. Their robust construction and high-quality workmanship provide significantly higher load capacity and durability compared to the standard shift cables.
The stiffer and more precise power transmission reduces unwanted play within the shift actuation. This results in a more direct, precise, and better controllable shifting feel – especially during fast gear changes and high mechanical loads.

Despite the reinforced design, they can be mounted at the intended attachment points. Changes to the standard shift actuator or the original attachment points are generally not required.
During installation, care must be taken to ensure that the shift cables are routed without tension, kinks, or abrasion. They must not come into contact with adjacent components over the entire range of motion.

Important installation note
The installation concerns the operation of the transmission and must be carried out by a suitably qualified specialist company.
After assembly, both shift cables must be correctly adjusted and all gears checked with the vehicle stationary. Subsequently, the secure locking of the end pieces, the freedom of movement of the cables, and the complete gear selection must be checked.
Before the first drive, it must be ensured that all forward gears and the reverse gear can be engaged completely and without tension.
