Moroso Catch-Tank System for oil separation for Toyota 2ZZ
The Moroso Catch-Tank System reduces the entry of oil from the crankcase ventilation into the intake tract. In the standard configuration, the oil-laden vapors from combustion are supplied. This can lead to oil residues accumulating in the intake system.
The Moroso system separates oil from these vapors and collects it in two tanks. This results in less oil entering the intake tract and combustion chamber. The formation of oil films and deposits is reduced.
The two tanks are made of black anodized aluminum and can be unscrewed for emptying. The system comes with all necessary mounting components for the 2ZZ engine.

Important assembly note
The assembly must be carried out professionally. During installation, the correct hose routing, the secure fit of all connections, and the reliable fastening of the tanks must be observed.
The collection containers must be checked regularly and emptied if necessary. After emptying, the containers must be reassembled securely and tightly.
