FORGED - Engine Upgrade for V6 Toyota 2GR-FE

(e.g. in Lotus Exige V6 Range, Lotus Evora Range, Lotus 3-Eleven)

Especially suitable to improve the stability of engines with increased performance! In the various variants, we offer you the conversion of the factory spec components to forged pistons (see here: https://bit.ly/3aghkLb) and forged connecting rods (see here: https://bit.ly/3coe2bA)!

• a = forged piston / connecting rod upgrade (short block delivered): You send s your existing, dismantled short block and we equip it with forged connecting rods and forged pistons. The cylinder head bolts, the connecting rod bearings and the crankshaft oil seal are also replaced. After completion, the short block will be sent back to you (shipping costs are paid by the client).

• b = a + including drilling & honing: If the short block already shows a high mileage and/or signs of wear, drilling and honing and the use of oversized pistons are necessary.

• c = new short block incl. forged piston/connecting rod upgrade: "New one time please ..." With this option you receive a new short block (see here: https://bit.ly/3cq1Abg) including pre-assembled forged pistons and connecting rods. High quality ARP cylinder head screws are also included. Old/existing parts do not have to be delivered.

The block is delivered without an oil pump. Suitable for all Lotus vehicles with Toyota V6.

The oil cooler must be replaced after engine damage; any liability for consequential damage due to the oil system not being cleaned expires. The engine must be run in according to the running-in regulations.
