POWER KIT S280 PHASE2 / EXIGE

The biggest handicap of the Lotus compressor variant is the cooling of the charge air.
The measured intercooler temperatures of over 80 ° C are neither the performance nor the "health" of the engine conducive and force Lotus to adapt the map of the electronic control unit to the "difficult working conditions".
Therefore, the original intercooler receives from us a water jacket from which the coolant is transported via an electric water pump to the radiator in the front of the vehicle - a solution that has proven very successful in our "Turbodrive".
The considerable lowering of the charge air temperature now allows a performance - optimized configuration of the ECU map.

In addition to the Phase 1 Kit, we now offer the Phase 2 Kit 280 for the Exige S / Cup240 / Cup255. Through further optimization of the control unit, special injectors and a sports catalyst system, we achieve an output of 282 hp at 8600 rpm and a torque of 245 Nm at 6500 rpm.
