Performance Phase ZR250

To provide the new Elise S with a bit more performance, we have developed this performance phase. The new 1.8 S (2ZR engine) differs from the previous 1.8 SC (2ZZ engine) by featuring a completely new engine generation and a compressor that is now equipped with a water-cooled charge air cooler (previously completely without CAC). With the current 1.8 S, the deficiency lies more in the exhaust system. The original exhaust manifold is very small, and the pipe lengths are not optimal. Therefore, we use a 4:1 stainless steel exhaust manifold with optimized pipe lengths and a 200-cell HJS sports catalytic converter. The result is a nice sporty sound, without being obtrusive. To optimize the intake, we use a TRD airbox. The required software tuning changes ignition timing, injection time, and camshaft phase, achieving a homogeneous tuning.

Registration can be done on-site through individual approval, with costs borne by the buyer.
