Phase 2: Elise S1.6 "Turbodrive 200S" - power increase ca. 60hp

KOMO-TEC Elise200S with Turbodrive-Charging for the actual Elise S1.6. The ´base is our well known Turbodrive 250S Kit .
Power and torque increase notably whereby the main advantage lies in the increase of torque by ca. 60 nm, which improves driveability noticeably.
The use of a sport exhaust is necessary!

Mechanically driven centrifugal supercharger.
Lubrication and cooling of the charger through a seperate oil system with pump and oil cooler

Charger speed:

98000 rpm at max power
120000 rpm maximum speed

Boost:

0,46 bar

Intercooling:

Air/Air intercooler

Air temperature:

Difference before/after Intercooler 50°C
Difference cooled air after Intercooler versus the inlet air temperature is less than 20°C

Boost difference:

Less than 15 mbar

Engine management:

Modified standard ECU with individually mapped ignition and injection timing

Power:

195 hp at 6700 rpm and 0,46 bar boost

Torque:

216 Nm at 5600 rpm
